Hidden Hills Elementary

 

Step 1: Go to Matching Gifts to see if your company matches.   

 

Step 2:  Retrieve your Hidden Hills Hawks Education Fund donation receipt in 1 of 3 ways:  1) You will automatically receive an email receipt from FutureFund once your contribution is received  2) Send an email to hiddenhills.edfundcorpmatch@srvef.org requesting a donation receipt. 3) Log into your Futurefund account and retrieve your copy of your donation receipt.                                                                                                                              

 

Step 3: Submit a match for each tax deductible donation noted on your registration receipt via your company intranet or your HR department. Please remember to attach a copy of your donation receipt.

 

That's it!  WE DO THE REST.  We will verify the donation and submit the completed forms to your respective company.  Most of the employers will let us know who the match is contributed too.  When they do this we will reach out to you via email confirming the match.
