- Complete the on-line enrollment
Items needed to COMPLETE ENROLLMENT:
- On-line Registration Summary - with the confirmation number on the top - if you do not see a confirmation number at the top - please go back and click on the submit button
- K Classroom Questionnaire and Developmental Readiness Survey (if applicable)
- Parent Driver's License or Photo ID
- If you rent : Rental Agreement sigend and dated
- If you own your home: Property Tax Bill or Current Mortgage Statement; closing docs with signatures and dates if recent
- PG & E or Water Bill (within 45 days if move in date is less than that)
- Child's Birth Certificate or Passport
- Child's Immunization & Health Records

SRVUSD Before and After-School Extended Day of Learning
Hidden Hills Elementary School has an onsite day care provider "AlphaBEST". Please stop by in July if you will be needing before or afterschool care. Their website is AlphaBEST.org/sanramonca. For questions, contact learnmore@alphabest.org.
Important: Some families are eligible, based on state guidelines, to have their student attend entirely free of cost and will be notified separately on how to access their voucher code.
